The Académie Musicale de Liesse attaches great importance to the protection of personal data, in particular that of the children entrusted to it. Data processed and purposes
- Contact requests and applications — name, details, information given in the forms (hosted by Google Forms) or by e-mail. Purpose: processing of applications and reply to requests. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
- Photographs and videos of students — images captured in the life of the school, at concerts and on tours, published on the Academy’s website and networks. Purpose: communication of the school. Legal basis: written consent of the legal representatives (image-rights authorisation), revocable at any time. Students are not named individually on the website.
- Paths of former students — name, year-group, path, photograph where applicable, presented in the section “ What becomes of our former students? ”. Legal basis: the consent of each former student, who may at any time request the modification or withdrawal of his profile.
- Donations — processed by the Fondation des Académies Musicales and by HelloAsso on their own platforms; the Academy collects no banking data.
- Team details and designated contacts — published with the agreement of those concerned.

- HelloAsso (France) and Fondation des Académies Musicales — collection of donations.
- Supabase — database for the former-students section (data limited to consented public profiles).
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; transfers are governed by the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).
Retention periods
- Applications not retained: 2 years after the end of the procedure.
- Contact requests: 3 years after the last exchange.
- Photographies et vidéos : pendant la durée de validité de l'autorisation de droit à l'image signée par les représentants légaux (10 ans), et jusqu'à retrait du consentement.
- Former-student profiles: until a request for withdrawal by the person concerned.
- Données Google Analytics : 14 mois (paramètre de conservation configuré dans Google Analytics).
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability concerning the data relating to you, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time (in particular for image rights and former-student profiles).
To exercise these rights, write to contact@academiemusicaledeliesse.fr or by post to the association’s registered office. A reply will be given to you within one month.
If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may refer the matter to the CNIL: cnil.fr.
Minors
L'Académie accueille des enfants et adolescents. Aucune donnée d'élève n'est publiée sans l'autorisation écrite de ses représentants légaux, et toute demande de retrait d'une image est traitée en priorité. La page Safeguarding détaille par ailleurs les engagements éducatifs de l'établissement.
