The Academy selects students solely on artistic merit and motivation.
The fees paid by families cover only 40% of the real running costs.
Open since September 2014, the Académie Musicale de Liesse receives very little state funding. Your help will allow us to keep selecting the most promising students from every social background.
The Académie Musicale de Liesse belongs to the network of the Fondation des Académies Musicales. This is a sheltered foundation under the aegis of the Fondation pour l'école, recognised as a public-interest body by the decree of 18 March 2008. Its purpose is to enable the development of music academies modelled on the pilot school, the Académie Musicale de Liesse. Any donation to the Fondation des Académies Musicales by an individual or a company entitles the donor to a tax receipt that reduces French income tax.
