Logistics serving a complex project
The logistics and communications team ensures the daily running of the Academy and its outreach beyond the school.
Its missions are varied and essential:
- Organisation of concerts — planning, logistics and coordination of musical events
- Communications — public relations, social media, website
- Accounts — financial management and budget follow-up
- Fundraising — patronage, partnerships and donation campaigns
- Domestic services — management of premises, meals and daily life

Each member of the logistics team helps, in his or her own field, to create the best conditions for the students to devote themselves fully to their musical and academic education.
