Logistics in the service of a complex project
The logistics and communications team ensures the daily running of the Academy and its outreach beyond the school.
Its missions are varied and essential:
- Organisation of concerts — planning, logistics and coordination of musical events
- Communications — public relations, social media, website
- Accounts — financial management and budget follow-up
- Fundraising — patronage, partnerships and donation campaigns
- Domestic services — management of premises, meals and daily life
Roles in the service of the project
Each member of the logistics team contributes, in his or her field of competence, to creating the optimal conditions so that the students may devote themselves fully to their musical and academic formation.
